Pushkin Voice is an AI voice agent platform. We deploy AI agents that answer your inbound calls and make outbound calls to your leads — 24/7, automatically, with no staff required.
How quickly can I go live?+
The same day you sign up. You configure your agent through the dashboard, choose a phone number, set your script, and you are live. There is no technical setup required.
Do I need any technical knowledge?+
No. The entire platform is managed through a simple dashboard. You write your agent instructions in plain language — no code, no developers, no training period.
Can callers tell they are talking to AI?+
Regularly, no. Our agents use natural-sounding voices and conversational responses. Many of our customers report that callers ask to speak with the agent by name after repeat interactions.

Pricing and Billing

How does the $99/month pricing work?+
Each agent costs $99/month and includes 300 minutes. Additional minutes are $0.05 each. There are no setup fees, no annual contracts, and no hidden charges.
What counts as a billable minute?+
Minutes are counted from when a call connects to when it ends. Unanswered calls and ringing time are not billable.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard at any time before your next billing date and you will not be charged again. No cancellation fees.
Can I have multiple agents?+
Yes. Each agent is $99/month. Add as many agents as you need. Contact us for volume pricing.

Calls and Compliance

Is Pushkin Voice TCPA compliant?+
Yes. The platform enforces calling hour restrictions by timezone, includes STIR/SHAKEN B attestation, and handles do-not-call requests automatically.
Can the agent transfer calls to my team?+
Yes. You set transfer numbers in your dashboard. When a caller needs a human or qualifies as a hot lead, the agent transfers them in real time.
Do I get call recordings and transcripts?+
Yes. Every call is transcribed and summarized. Reports are delivered by email after each call and stored in your dashboard.
What phone numbers are available?+
You can choose a local number in your preferred area code during signup. This improves answer rates, particularly for outbound campaigns.
