What is Pushkin Voice?
Pushkin Voice is a voice AI platform that provides businesses with intelligent voice agents to handle phone calls. Our Speak Agents answer inbound calls 24/7 and make outbound calls to your leads automatically.

Do I need a contract?
No. All plans are month-to-month subscriptions. Cancel anytime.

How do I get started?
Choose inbound or outbound, complete the signup form, and your agent is provisioned automatically. Your portal login credentials are emailed to you.

What are your support hours?
9am to 5pm Eastern, Monday through Friday. Email info@pushkinvoice.com or submit a help ticket through your portal.

Billing

How much does a Speak Agent cost?
$99 per month per agent. Each agent includes 1 dedicated phone number and 300 minutes. Need more minutes? Add-on packs start at $20 for 250 minutes.

When does my subscription renew?
Subscriptions renew monthly on your billing date.

Do unused minutes roll over?
No. Unused minutes reset on your monthly billing date.

Can I add more agents?
Yes. Add additional agents from your portal for $99/mo each. Each agent gets its own phone number and 300 minutes. Mix and match inbound and outbound.

Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Cancel anytime through support. Your service stays active until the end of your billing period.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards.

Speak Agent (AI Voice Agents)

What is a Speak Agent?
A Speak Agent is an AI-powered voice agent that handles phone calls for your business. Inbound agents answer calls 24/7. Outbound agents call your leads automatically on a schedule you set.

How are minutes calculated?
Call duration is rounded up to the nearest minute. A 45-second call uses 1 minute. A 61-second call uses 2 minutes.

How do I configure my agent?
Through the Agent Dashboard in your portal. Set your agent's voice, greeting, instructions, transfer numbers, and all other settings. Changes take effect immediately.

How do I test my agent?
For inbound agents, dial your agent's phone number directly. For outbound agents, use the test call button on your Speak Agent page. Test calls deduct from your minutes.

What voices are available?
Twelve voices are available — six feminine (Asteria, Athena, Harmonia, Helena, Hera, Luna) and six masculine (Arcas, Aries, Orion, Orpheus, Saturn, Zeus). Preview them on your Speak Agent page.

Can I have multiple agents?
Yes. Each agent has its own phone number, minutes, and subscription. Add agents from your portal.

Can my agent transfer calls?
Yes. Configure transfer destinations in the Agent Dashboard. The AI transfers calls based on your instructions.

Compliance

Are your services TCPA compliant?
Yes. We enforce calling hour restrictions based on recipient timezone. You must certify consent for all contacts.

What is STIR/SHAKEN?
STIR/SHAKEN is caller ID authentication. Our calls carry B attestation, which tells carriers the call is legitimate and improves deliverability.

Do you scrub against the Do Not Call list?
No. You are responsible for ensuring your contact lists comply with Do Not Call regulations before uploading.
