Pushkin Voice is a voice communication platform that helps businesses reach customers at scale. We offer ringless voicemail (Voice Drop), missed call marketing (Flash Drop), live transfers (Tap Drop), voice broadcast (Blast Drop), and AI voice agents (Speak Agent).
Do I need a contract?
No. All plans are month-to-month subscriptions. Cancel anytime.
How do I get started?
Choose a service, select a plan, and check out. We set up your account within 1-2 business hours and email your portal login credentials.
What are your support hours?
9am to 5pm Eastern, Monday through Friday. Email info@pushkinvoice.com or submit a help ticket through your portal.
Billing
When does my subscription renew?
Subscriptions renew monthly on your billing date.
Do unused drops or minutes roll over?
No. Unused drops and minutes reset to zero at each monthly renewal.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. Contact support to change plans. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Cancel anytime through support. Your service stays active until the end of your billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe.

What audio format do you require?
WAV file, 8kHz sample rate, mono, μ-law encoding. Maximum 25 seconds, maximum 5MB file size.
How long does audio review take?
1-2 business hours during support hours (9am-5pm Eastern).
How do I upload my contact list?
Upload a CSV file with phone numbers. One number per row. 10 or 11 digit format.
What calling hours are available?
Default is 9am-9pm in the recipient's timezone (TCPA compliant). Other options available: 9am-5pm, 12pm-5pm, 12pm-9pm, 5pm-9pm.
How many times can I start or stop a campaign per day?
Up to 3 times per day.

How are minutes calculated?
Call duration is rounded up to the nearest minute. A 45-second call uses 1 minute. A 61-second call uses 2 minutes.
How do I test my agent?
For inbound agents, call your assigned number. For outbound agents, request a test call through your portal. Limit of 2 test calls per day.
How long does agent setup take?
1-2 business hours during support hours (9am-5pm Eastern).
Can I have multiple agents?
Yes. Your plan determines how many DIDs you can have. Each DID supports one agent (inbound or outbound).
Compliance
Are your services TCPA compliant?
Yes. We enforce calling hour restrictions based on recipient timezone. You must certify consent for all contacts.
What is STIR/SHAKEN?
STIR/SHAKEN is caller ID authentication. Our calls carry B attestation, which tells carriers the call is legitimate and improves deliverability.
Do you scrub against the Do Not Call list?
No. You are responsible for ensuring your contact lists comply with Do Not Call regulations before uploading.
